4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before service
- 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of service time

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider or bank.
5. Flight Delays & Airport Pickup
For airport transfers, our team monitors scheduled flight arrivals whenever possible.
In case of delays:
- Drivers will wait within reasonable limits according to the booked service
- Customers should notify us immediately when possible
- Additional waiting charges may apply for excessive delays outside standard waiting times
Customers must carefully follow arrival instructions shared before the service.
6. Travel Permits & Documentation
Some routes in Egypt require tourism permits or security approvals.
Customers may be asked to provide:

- Hotel details
- Travel dates
Failure to provide required documents on time may result in cancellation or inability to operate the service.
7. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
Vehicle selection depends on passenger count and luggage quantity.
Camel Transfers & Tours reserves the right to recommend larger vehicles when luggage exceeds safe operating capacity.
Extra luggage, oversized items, or sports equipment should be declared in advance.
8. Child Seats
